- Billing connected. Shopify Billing API live on dev shop. Monthly subscription flow working end-to-end.
- App Store listing in progress. Screenshots 02–08 being captured from live dev shop session. 30-sec demo video planned.
- Asian model catalog seeded. Minimum 1–2 models for go-live. Full catalog build is post-first-payment.
- Launch target: 2026-06-05. D-13 from this scrum. Beta outreach to 10 Shopify merchants starting this week.
stock-portfolio — send-day prep
- P0 bugs closed. Single commit: production URL substitution, static apple-touch-icon, removed window.confirm(). Deployed to Vercel.
- First 5 users identified. ICP pre-check sent to 3 of 5. Send-day: 2026-05-27.
- Measurement wired. Plausible session_started event with user_id. D3 retention tracking starts on send-day.
asd-eq-trainer — distribution first
- FER+ blocker cleared. TFLite shape confirmed, 35MB model. On-device inference verified.
- Beta pipeline. ABA clinic list (10 clinics) ready for Monday outreach. WTP Google Form published. First family contact via KakaoTalk.
- Kill criteria defined. 3-question instrument: if 3/5 beta parents give negative signal at D14, product is killed. Written in .claude/reviews/.
bbanghanamman — validation mode
- B2C app on hold. No code changes. Monitoring alerts on for crash signals.
- CostBake pivot validation. Visiting 15 cake studios in Gangnam, Seongsu, Yeonnam over 30 days. 3 paying prepaid customers = green signal. 0 = kill.
- No code until 3 paying. Hard rule. Manual validation only.

- NSM: 0 KRW/mo → target 5,000,000 KRW/mo. By November 2026. Lookbook D90 is the single critical path. Other 3 products are upside.
- OKR Q2 targets. 10 paying lookbook merchants by June 30. 30 DAU on stock-portfolio by June 30.
